Strategic Framework Preparation Plan for diversified conglomerate

The scope of the projects was the development of a plan to address the strategic direction setting of ENKA, a conglomerate operating in the energy, plastics, automotive spare parts, steel casting and motorbike industry, to inform decisions on the business portfolio and the organizational restructuring requirements. The Plan determined the corporate strategy in terms of sectors, products, customers and distribution channels and it suggested an organizational model to support strategy implementation.
